A clear picture before you build anything else.
You are posting. You are showing up. And you still are not sure any of it is working.
That is not a discipline problem. It is a direction problem. Most small business marketing does not fail from lack of effort. It fails because nobody ever stopped to look at the whole picture.
The Marketing Review is where we stop and look.
What it is
The Marketing Review is a written diagnosis of your marketing. Not a sales pitch. Not a list of everything you are doing wrong. A clear, honest read on four things: what is working, what is confusing, what is missing, and what to fix first.
It looks at your marketing the way your customers experience it. Can the right people find you? When they find you, do they trust what they see? And after they leave, is there anything that helps them remember you?
What we look at
Every business is different, so every Review is different. Depending on your business, it may cover:
- Your website and how clearly it explains what you do
- Your Google Business Profile and local visibility
- Your messaging and offers
- Your social media presence and content consistency
- Your customer experience and follow-up
- Your calls to action and overall direction
The goal is not to hand you every possible thing you could do. The goal is to show you what matters most.
Here is the kind of thing a Review finds. One local salon had its hours listed four different ways across four platforms. Its Instagram said “book in bio,” and that link went to a homepage with no Book button. Neither showed up until someone walked the path the way a new guest would.
What you receive
A written document you can actually use. It names what is already working so you keep doing it. It names what is confusing so you can fix it. It names what is missing so you can decide whether it matters. And it puts the fixes in order, so you know where to start.
No jargon. No guesswork. No plan that only looks good on paper.
How it works
You fill out the intake form and tell me how your business actually runs. I read your answers within one business day and confirm a Review is the right starting point. Then I send the payment link. Your written Review arrives within 7 days of payment, and we spend about 30 minutes walking through it together. The Marketing Review is $350.
From there, the next step is yours. Some businesses take the Review and run with it on their own. Some want help with one project. Some want ongoing support. All three are good outcomes. If you hire Radiant Rise for a project or ongoing support within 30 days, the full $350 counts toward it.
Why this comes first
Every engagement at Radiant Rise Creative starts here, because building before diagnosing wastes your money and my time. The Review gives us a shared picture of where your marketing actually stands. Whatever we build after that is built on something real.
If you are not ready for a Review yet, start with the free Marketing Checkup: a short written list of fixes you can make this week. The Review goes further. It explains why the same problems keep coming back and what to fix first.
